Q - Are tables and chairs included with the rental?
A - Yes! We have 50 chairs, 2 6ft rectangle tables, and 8 5ft round tables available for use.
Q - Is there a kitchen?
A - No, a full kitchen isn’t available, however, we do have a refrigerator available for use.
Q - How do I book?
A - You can book by clicking the “Book now” button at the top right corner of this website.
Q - What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel more than 60 days before your original booking: receive a 75% refund.
Cancel between 31 and 60 days before your original booking: receive a 50% refund.
Cancel 30 days or less before your original booking: No refund
Q - What if I need to reschedule?
A - You’re welcome to reschedule your booking one time at no cost, as long as the request is made more than 30 days before your original event date.
If you need to reschedule within 30 days of your booking, a $50 rebooking fee will apply.
For additional rescheduling requests, a new booking at full price will be required.

Q - How do I get a key to enter the building?
A - We have a keyless entry system. 7 days prior to your event, you’ll receive a door code in the email you provide during booking. The code will only be active during your scheduled event time.
Q - What is included in the “Audio Equipment” add-on?
A - We have a PA system installed with a Bluetooth receiver so you can sync your mobile device to play music. Or if you need a microphone, let us know and we’ll be happy to set that up as well.
